No deposit is required to confirm the booking except for bank holidays and national holidays.
On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 2:00 pm. On the day of departure, check out time is 10:30 am.
Meals not consumed will not be refunded.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in public areas. We remind you that there are smoke alarms in the rooms, which may sound if they detect excessive smoke. Please do not smoke in your room.

Please book your appointments at the reception with advance notice, even before arrival if possible.
If the appointments are not cancelled with a minimum advance of 24 hours, we will be forced to charge 75% of the rate for the treatment booked.
Out of respect for other guests, please maintain a quiet demeanor in the relaxation area.
We recommend that you do not bring valuables with you to the spa.
