General Information

• On day of arrival, rooms will be ready at 2:00 pm. Check out time is 10:30 am.
• Meals not consumed will not be reimbursed.
• We accept the following forms of payment: cash, check, Bancomat and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard).
• Please be advised that smoking in public areas is expressly forbidden. Remember that each room is equipped with a smoke detector and it will be triggered if excessive smoke is detected. So please do not smoke in your rooms.
• We accept small dogs with previous approval. Remember that our four-footed friends are not allowed in the dining room, the pool or the treatment areas.
