Nordic Walking

In the spectacular Parco Regionale dei Colli Euganei there are trails to satisfy all lovers of this fast-growing sport offering health benefits, such as correct posture, aerobic resistance and calorie consumption up to 46% higher than in a normal walk.

Nordic walking enthusiasts can set off on many different trails, on grass, asphalt or gravel, in brief walks or longer excursions with well marked signposts; itineraries on flat ground or characterised by differing levels, but none excessively difficult.
